To apply for a driving opportunity, please complete our online application for qualification. To fill out this form, you will need to know the following:

  • Social Security Number/SIN
  • Home address history for the past 3 years
  • Current driver license number and driver license history for the past 3 years
  • Employment history up to 10 years
  • History of traffic accidents, violations and/or convictions from the last 3 years (including DUI or reckless driving conviction and license suspension)
  • Military history (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Applicant must be 24 years of age ( Tractor trailer must have a minimum of 2 years verifiable over-the-road).
  • Independent Contractor must have a good safety record (No more than 2 moving violations in the last 24 months or 3 in the last 36 months, no more than 2 preventable or 1 DOT accidents in the last 36 months).
  • No DUI convictions in the past 5 years and no more than 1 lifetime. No convictions ever in a CMV.
  • Applicant must possess a valid operators license, with the proper endorsements, for the type of vehicle being operated. (Class A, Class B license where applicable)
  • No more than 1 serious violation as defined by the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (such as reckless driving or speeding greater than 15 miles per hour over the limit) are allowed in the last 3 years.
  • Must have valid DOT physical examination certificate
  • Social Security Card
  • Green Card (if applicable)
  • Speak, Read, Write and understand English proficiently
  • Any detectable trace of either alcohol or drugs found during any authorized alcohol or drug test will invalidate the owner operator, owner operator-drivers application for a owner operator, owner operator-driver position.
